Dining

A hot plate and a cold beer at the hotel, chili and a glass of hot mulled wine at The Wine Hut. Come off the hill and eat like you earned it.

Food & Drink

Fuel for the Mountain

Pull up a seat at the hotel restaurant and bar, a short walk from the lifts. Warm room, full bar, and a kitchen that takes the food seriously — not white-tablecloth, but a long way past burgers and chicken strips. And when you’d rather warm up out on the hill, the Famous Wine Hut has chili, a glass of hot wine, and a fire going. Two ways to come in from the cold.

Hotel Restaurant

Full Menu · Wed–Sun, 11 a.m.–8 p.m. (Fri & Sat to 9)
Pizza & Apps · Mon & Tue, 11 a.m.–8 p.m.

A warm sit-down restaurant and full bar at the hotel, a short walk from the lifts. Good food, a cold beer, and hot cocoa at the bar — spiked, if that’s the kind of day it’s been. Come in off the hill and stay a while.

The Wine Hut

Fri & Sat · noon–8 p.m.

Ski to it between runs: a square-hewn log cabin with the wood stove going, a glass of hot mulled wine, hot cocoa, chili, and snacks. The oldest building in Iron County — and the soul of the place.

From the Kitchen

Food worth coming in for

This is a kitchen that earns a sit-down dinner, not just a quick refuel. Plates that go well past the ski-hill standard, made for people who worked up an appetite on the hill. The same room holds the family from Madison, the crew that just lapped Djevel all morning, and the people who run the place.

Order big. You earned every bite.

After Last Chair

Last chair isn’t last call

When the lifts stop, the Wine Hut shuts down with them — but the bar’s just hitting its stride. Cold local beer, a cocoa with a shot stirred in, and a room full of people who spent all day earning it. Peel the boots off, trade the stories that got taller on the lift, and let the drive home wait. Nobody’s rushing you out.

Feeding a whole crew?

Ski club, wedding, or a company on a Friday — when you bring a group, the food’s part of the plan. Reach out once and we’ll cover the mountain and the meal.
