Regular Rentals
Elan skis and snowboards for adults and kids, fitted at the shop. The straightforward setup that gets you out there.
High Performance
Demo skis and boards when you want more out of the day, plus single pieces, skis, board, or boots only, and helmets.
Repairs & Tunes
The shop’s repair side does tune-ups, hot wax, base work, and binding repairs and adjustments, so your own gear runs right.
How It Works

Reserve your gear
Online rental reservations will be open before the season. It makes it all go a lot quicker. Highly recommended, and a must for groups.

Get fitted
The shop dials in boots, bindings, and the right length for how you actually ski or ride.

Go ski
43 trails and 200 inches of Lake Superior snow. The hard part’s over.

Bring it back
Return the gear where you picked it up, then start planning the next trip.

Before you ask
What's included in a rental package?
Skis, boots, and poles, or a board and boots, fitted to you at the shop.
Do I need to reserve in advance?
It’s the safest bet on weekends and holidays, and a must for groups. Online rental reservations will be live before the season.
What should I bring with me?
Warm ski socks, one pair, not two, plus layers, gloves, and something for your face. The shop covers everything that attaches to the snow.
How much does a rental cost?
We’re finalizing this season’s rental pricing and a new way to book online. Both are coming soon. Until then, call (715) 561-2227 if you have any questions.
Do you rent high-performance or demo gear?
Yes. Step up to high performance skis and boards, or rent just the piece you need, skis, a board, or boots, plus helmets.
Can you tune or fix my own gear?
The shop’s repair side handles tune-ups, hot wax, base repairs, and binding work. Drop it off and pick it up ready to ride.
I've never skied. Should I book a lesson too?
Yes. Pair your rental with a lesson and you’ll be linking turns in short time.
Bring the whole crew
Ski clubs, work trips, a crew chasing snow: bring a group and we’ll line up the gear, the tickets, and the rooms so everyone’s set.
